Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. In the instances where you are purchasing more than 1 quantity, the highest per order cost applies plus $1 for each additional qty purchased. For example, a shop sells key-rings, with a per order cost of $5 shipping, and posters with a per order cost of $10 shipping. If a customer purchases a key-ring and a poster then they will be charged $10 for shipping, which is the higher of the two shipping costs plus $1 for the additional item so in total $11.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But please contact us first for a quote and make a separate payment for shipping. The $20 fee for shipping when you go through the check out is the minimum amount and any remaining balance will need to be paid spearately.
Can we pick up our order?
Pick ups are by appointment only and available for orders greater than $100. Please email us to arrange. However, if you require the items urgently, feel free to contact us anyway as we may be able to accommodate.
What is your returns policy?
We ensure all items are packed properly and as per order. However, if we have made an error we will do our best to resolve the issue. We only accept returns for damaged or incorrectly supplied items, so please choose carefully. You must contact us before returning any product so that we can ensure items are replaced or credited as required. Items must be unopened and in their original product packaging. Contact must be made within 3 working days of receiving your order. Return freight is at customers' expense.
Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all available products in stock at www.kreativekiwi.co.nz
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
